The Miracles of Simple

The Basics are Pure, No synthetics, No Genetic Modifications. So why not embrace Simple as our Creator intended with a Leap of Faith, tried and True? No need to reinvent the wheel.

 

The first basic to wellness is water:. The body is said to be 75% water and the brain 85% water. To keep cells and tissues healthy, they need to be well hydrated. When ones looks around at people of all sizes, one realizes that the considered requirement of eight glasses of water has to be a little off base. Does it make sense that a child weighing 50 pounds would require the same amount of water as a person weighing 250 pounds? Considering just urination, sweat, and evaporation through the bodies largest organ, the skin, a 250 pound person would require significantly more water than a child of 50 pounds. Body weight in pounds divided by 2 would give one the number of ounces required by that particular person daily. Water does not mean liquid, as some liquids; e.g.. coffee, alcohol, soda pop actually dehydrate the body.

 

The second basic is some salt. Consider that placenta is (0.97% )saline, the natural salinity of the body, (that is less than 1%) however that one percent is crucial. Our operators manual refers to water and salt repeatedly. Water and salt are fundamental to life Salt is necessary to the function of ones electrical system and eliminating phlegm, bacteria, mucous and slime from our pipes. Think about that importance when it comes to allergies and asthma. We are talking about Raw salt, Himalayan Rock salt, that contains 84 essential elements, contrary to the table salt bought in the grocery store. This salt is meant to put on your food or in your water. Do not cook with it

The third basic is whole foods. The vitality of whole foods working synergistically in a balance for the whole body makes the most sense to me being a value shopper. Preferably organic, raw or freeze dried in order to retain nutrients and the enzymes necessary catalysts for every body function including digestion. Hippocrates the Father of Medicine said this "All food is Medicine and the Best Food is the Best Medicine".

The first decision one has to make is : Do I want to Get Well and Stay Well?


It is Simple, It is Not Easy.

The content of these books needs to be taught in school, starting in grade one, and every grade after with appropriateness. How come; my Dr. didn't tell me these things? There is no MONEY in it!! Generally only doctors who specifically study nutrition are taught nutrition. Yet, we in animal husbandry, know the importance of Ample, Clean Water, Nutrition, and Stress Management.
Body: 75% water;...Body Requires 1 oz. of WATER for every 2 pounds of body weight daily. Water and liquids are not the same thing. Water hydrates the body. Many liquids actually dehydrate the body. Alcohol and caffeine in any form including soda drinks dehydrate the body killing enzymes, the catalysts for every body function. Caffeine, just one cup will pull an entire day's worth of calcium out of the body. IRIDOLOGY; the eyes are the mirror of the entire body. Information as to coming possible compromised areas of the body can warn in advance. The feet are the warning lights in your body, heed soreness with reflexology. You wouldn't cut the wires to the warning light in the dash of your car would you? The state of our thoughts are manifest in the body just as the condition of the body is manifest in the mind. The body must be able to absorb effectively, water to hydrate and Nutrition to Nourish. Whole foods work in synergy for the whole body in a balance. Honor the body you were given and nourish it with sufficient of Nature's Finest each every day; WATER, WHOLE FOODS, SUNSHINE, REST, EXERCISE. Every hour of rest before Midnight is equal to two after midnight. The electrical system of the body needs some pure sea salt everyday. Most people are unaware of the bowel problem they have acquired, which impairs the body's ability to hydrate and nutrify as well as the function of the body's electrical systems. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Be sure to incorporate whole foods, one of which, is specifically chosen to encourage a healthy bowel.
Don't wait until the sewer in your body backs up.

There are also some very simple yet effective means of pulling toxins out of the bloodstream and lymphatic system. The ion cleans. Avoid a Crisis. Do it!
 

Things to avoid: drugs, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, white sugar, white flour, white rice, processed foods, antacids, hydrogenated foods and all artificial sweeteners. Beware of diet anything. Read Labels. Cooking kills enzymes, microwaves leave nothing more than filler for value. Use deodorants rather than antiperspirants. All drugs have side effects. Does it make any sense to fix one thing only to have something else break down because of it?

So what am I going to eat? Fresh Fruits, Raw Vegetables or lightly steamed vegetables, baked potatoes and High Quality Lean Meats. Plus whole food supplements. Take the whole food supplement before a meal as they digest quickest. Fruits, greens and deserts take 2 hours to digest, potatoes 5 hours. Proteins take 12 hours to digest. Do not eat potatoes and meat at the same meal. Whole foods synergize within the whole body in a balance. Ask for a compostion, profile or analysis, so that one may knowledgeably stack to supply what is needed for the whole body. Value Shoppers - Energy Test. Let your body determine what is right for you, that is one of the innate abilities of the body. Body, Mind and Spirit must be in a Balance. Now there is less cooking, less expense, you’re buying less and eating better. Start and your half way there: to looking your best, feeling your best, and working your best! That is the State of an Optimum Immune System, one that will protect you from bacteria and viruses, including the new ones. Only the body is complicated, but it is all computerized. Our Creator has taken care of it all.

Mind: What goes into the Mind is every bit as important as what goes into the mouth. We are LIMITED ONLY by our own SELF IMPOSED LIMITATIONS.

The subconscious of generations whether it be fear, guilt or anger will show up as STRESS (cortisol) killing the enzymes, the catalysts, the "spark of life" sent by the bodies 9 trillion computer chips. 1. Be Impeccable with your Word. 3. Don't Make Assumptions.
2. Don't Take Anything Personally. 4. Always do your Best.

 

Spirit: The innate ability of the body to Heal it's Self, comes with Will Power and Commitment. Our Creator Gave us Choices. We live the Consequences of those Choices. What ever our Health is, if we didn't Catch it, We Created it! We must learn to reverse the process that got us to where we are. One can only go slow. THERE IS NO QUICK FIX. Trust the Process, Trust the Heavenly Father's Word. You were Created with an Unequaled LOVE. He provided for your EVERY NEED, Pure & Simple, trust in His Provisions. You Were Created Perfectly Whole, without any Spare Parts. When burdens are heavy, let the Friend you have in Jesus carry You. Psalm 23.
Honor the Body's innate intelligence to identify "truth".

We need a paradigm shift away from the stress, dehydration and the malnutrition pattern we have gotten ourselves into. Truth is, some third world countries are doing better than we are health wise. You might find this shocking, but once you educate, you'll find this to be TRUE! We are over fed and under nourished. Our armed forces fight for Freedom. Democracy for the people by the people of the people. They fought for, Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion. However we are not Free, Until we have the Freedom to Choose our Medicine freely and equally, on an equal playing field. Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine said this "All food is Medicine and the Best Food is the Best Medicine". So what's wrong with the way we do things Today?

Always do your best, one step at a time. Trust the Process, steady wins the race. When you need help for more than the basics, find and hire the best qualified people. Those who have a passion for what they do and truth.Those who will truly care for People, look for the root of the problems and present a means of reversing them. We know people of passion who can help and don't mind suggesting avenues one may search out as each one is different.

We have traveled to other provinces, talked to people in other countries, looking for viable alternatives. Money for books and seminars that I have studied with a passion. The hours of time doing research checking out what would line up to be truths is more than most can comprehend. Education is an ongoing process.

To the risk adverse: what ever your state of being is today it will also be in five years from now ( if your still alive) unless you have dared to take up the challenge of a paradigm shift in order to live well. THE SIMPLE IN MEDICINE IS THIS; When there is dehydration and malnutrition, cells and tissue die. The three books in suggested reading; summarize nicely, and clearly; what took me years to learn.
